First Rate Mortgage was established in 1998 by Angela Swank (Frost). We are locally owned and operated and licensed in the State of Iowa. Our customers are like family and we treat them that way.
Our goals are to provide a high level of one on one service with our customer's and offer them the best rates available. How do we do this? We are approved to do business with multiple lenders who we shop on a day to day basis to find the best rate and programs available.
